Staff vs Year 6 Netball
This year the chosen sport for Staff vs Year 6 end of year competition was Netball. This event is highly charged, competitive but above all a huge amount of fun.
Mrs Hussey, our referee, explained that we were playing High 5 and told us the rules and expectations.
The teachers had a reputation to uphold. Four exciting matches were played in total and each match was played in good spirit. The scores were 4-0, 4-2, 5-2 and 3-2 to teachers making the teachers the victors winning 16-6.
However, by the last match, the score was close, maybe the teachers were tiring!
Regardless of the score, we are incredibly proud of the sporting values shown by Year 6 and the respect they showed towards their opposition.
