Year 5 and 6 Hockey Tournament
Some of our year 5 and 6 children participated in a inter school hockey tournament at Down Grange. They played well against some difficult opposition. In the end they drew 2 matches, lost 2 and won 1. We were playing against much larger teams and had few chances to rest on a very hot afternoon, so they showed great fitness levels and determination.
We were very proud of how well they worked as a team and showed our school values. A big well done to James, Alize, Basil, Alfie, Sophie and Quinn.
