Year 5/6 Rugby League
Our Year 5/6 rugby team had a great start to the first stage of the Norman Tag Rugby League yesterday. They played two games at Hatch Warren Juniors who hosted the first meet. Both our games were close and we are aware that the competition is of a high standard this year.
In our first game we narrowly beat St John’s 3 tries to 2 and drew 2-2 with Hatch Warren in our second game. Four of our players were playing for the first time alongside the others who had represented the side last year who won the league. The next meet is at Chalkridge on the 15th October.
