Basingstoke Sings - project wth VoxFresh
Cliddesden Primary school took part in a Basingstoke wide singing project with VoxFresh. We learnt an empowering song ‘I am what I am’ by Emma Muscat, which empowers individuals to be themselves and be resilient when things get tough.
Singing is proven to help young people’s confidence, self esteem, team work, and general happiness giving them an outlet to express themselves and feel emotions.
The project allowed the children to experience recording equipment, including microphones, to record their singing. This was then edited together with all the other groups and schools to produce a music video.
