Be Bright, Be Seen
On Thursday 21st November 2024 we held our annual Be Bright, Be Seen day. Through class and whole school assemblies, the children have been learning about the importance of dressing to be easily seen when they are using the roads as either a pedestrian or cyclist. They learnt about wearing bright colours during the day and reflective material when it is dark. For the Be Bright, Be Seen day the children used the knowledge they have gained to choose their brightest outfit and wore it to school. A voluntary donation of £1 per child was collected and we raised a total of £94 which will be added to the Harvest Sale money and donated to Children in Need.
