A group of Year 5 and 6 children enjoyed an afternoon in the wind running this year's cross country at Down Grange. The children raced against over 100 competitors and demonstrated fantastic perseverance to complete the 1.5 mile course. The children overcame their nerves at the beginning to show grit and determination until the end. They paced their races carefully and remembered to sprint all the way to the finish line!
