Eco Group
Our Eco Team went along to Festival Place to take part in The Blooming Barrels project. After designing our barrel at school earlier in the term they planted houseplants in it. They learned about compost and how to arrange plants to maximise growth and look visually interesting. The barrel is on display over the summer at Festival Place shopping centre. As part of the day they also watched a short play at the Anvil Theatre Studio called the Allotment. The play was funny and they got to join with some songs about growing plants.
